Hello there. I am a doctoral student in the School of Library & Information Studies at the University of Wisconsin—Madison. My research focuses on the labor of the creative and information industries. I am especially interested in identity construction of those who work in information professions.

My work is influenced by rhetorical and critical theory and I use a variety of qualitative research methods. I infuse my research by leveraging the expertise of several disciplines, most notably library and information studies, communication arts, sociology, and psychology.
